With the rash of listed foreclosers in our local papers I'm starting to think the home foreclosures mess is a conspiracy by our own government. All the government has to do is not give the tax rebates cut the red tape and give every american homeowner the option of a 4% fixed intrest rate on their primary mortgage backed by HUD this simple fix will by itself fix our economy
and help Americans keep their homes.Over the past 4 years gas, oil, food, phone, child care, car ins, health ins, co pays, etc. prices has tripled. I'm sure glad my home is paid for.
