Does anyone know

If there are any codes that govern the minimum and maximum size of parking spaces in public parking areas?

just curious. Getting pissed off at not being able to open my doors after I park.
had to sit in the lot at the grocery store last night and beg people to throw food through the skylight cause I couldnt get out to shop.

The guy that sold you the F350 Dually club cab didn't mention it might be difficult to park?

point one
GMC 3500 crew cab, not F350 club
Point two.
if they made spots big enough to fit something other than an MG Midget it would not be an issue.

however, I do know that there is a requirement for a certain number of spots based on the estimated use, but this only makes them draw the spots smaller to fit the right number in.

They are usually private lots, so I'm thinking it's "owner's discretion" with no set rules. That's why I usually park my truck WAY out in left field where it doesn't matter, and hike to the store.

most lots I have not had any issues with, its just a few of them that are either too narrow, or they dont leave enough room to pull out without hitting the car on the other side of the isle

I have trouble fitting my Saturn anywhere in that shopping center, so I guess that rules out bumping into BCP there.

According to me, the only places worth going to there are Panera/5 Guys, but terbear keeps insisting that Best Buy/Old Navy/Ross etc. are valid destinations as well.
