Has smoking ban increased bar buisness?

Monks Inn is doing better because it put in a wind blocking patio for smokers, with tables and umbrellas. It is also doing specials (pizza night) and wii games to attract families. Places like the pub and Southridge (or whatever its called now) is hurtin.

the bars i patronize have been dead.

1 of them is even considering closing down. can someone list some names of bars that claim to be getting more business? I find this pretty hard to believe based on what i've been seeing, and i shoot pool in bars 3 nights a week at 3 different bars.
