This needs to be done at the WAWA as well (the one on 235 near the park.) I couldn't believe the stuff sprouting out of the deli girl's mouth. Then, she would look at me and smile like I did not hear her.

What Walmart are we talking about here? I stopped going to the Waldorf Walmart many MANY years ago for the fact that it was dirty, unorganized, packed, and the staff seemed very unproffesional.

The one in La Plata is fine to me. It can get cluttered during the holidays, but overall I find it much better, and I make the trip for the sole fact that on a scale of 1-10, 10 being the best, the La Plata WalMart makes the Waldorf one look like a 0.

I totally agree. I NEVER go to the Waldorf Wal-mart. It is horrible. I always got to the La Plata Walmart. It is so much better. It's a comlplete 360 between the stores.

Very good question. It's one thing to fuss about things within the safe confines of these forums but to actually take action takes more effort.

These people knew what the job entailed and how much it paid when they applied for it. If they didn't want it, or felt that it's beneath them, they should've applied elsewhere. The problem isn't the job...its the people applying for it and the character of Management not enforcing quality customer service. But, that is typical of Wal-mart.
