My sister-in-law started with the fries and wound up going to Hamburger U... she made it to manager... and my sister was a manager with KFC for years... Both are not local... TG

On the matter of the disgusting language... It's not just in Walmart.... Frankly... I wish I would watch my own tongue more...

that's what i thought; normally i can get in the express lane or come from the food area. they all seem to have that "don't get in my line look" on their face or barely speak.

You're right, I've seen that look, but I am thinking it's almost justifiable giving the probability that those first few cashiers get the brunt of the checking out and especially groceries. They should have found a way to seperate the check outs for main store and grocery. That way the employee will have the mindset of ringing up and bagging groceries and not have a tude when someone with a loaded cart heads their way.

People never want to believe me when I tell them this, but it's 100% true. Women trash public bathrooms.

I do consider that and not always go to the first lane. I try to scan for a lane that has no one it or has very few items/which ones seems to be moving quickest. Aren't the express lanes all on the food end? If so, maybe they should put some on the other end.
