Did anyone notice..

... the new street crossing countdown timers on the corners? They have been installed at Town Creek and 235, and I'm sure in a few other places. What caught my eye was that they were all facing the wrong way.......

They're a countdown for taking off from the light. Cheaper than a Christmas tree

It's time to stop comparing Obama to Hitler.
Hitler got the Olympics for Berlin.

I'm hoping that's what it is... but why install them backwards, just to have to change them later?

I noticed them when they initially started the install; I thought they were going to be redlight cameras being as though i saw an article pertaining to the matter. but when i saw the yellow thingy's, i thought they were swapping out the cross walk signals couldn't confirm and didn't know they were facing the wrong way.

Have you noticed that EVERY time an intersection is worked on, they change the signals?

I am still waiting for these people around here who work on the lights to make them all turn green at the same time.

I quit driving 235 to and from the base from rt 4. I come from leanordtown so going down 5 and catching great mills seems a little safer to me.

I never understand how in the morning everyone drives slow and pisses you off and people swerve and vere in and out of traffic to get to the next light.

Then in the afternoon, same thing happens but you are going twice the speed.
