| Not all of GMR is bad. I just had a house built in Cecils Mill. You're not going to get into there at that price point though. Have you looked on Flat Iron rd? Back when I was looking there were quite a few at that price point. This was a year ago though. Also on RT 5 I believe there are some new developments opening up. Good luck!

| No there is a big difference. A modular is a conventional house that was built at one location in sections and then taken to the site and put togather. (I use to set modulars and would own one in a second). A double wide is built on a trailer frame and towed where it needs to be. It should be stated that it is a mobile home on the MLS. They are getting away with it because the wheels have been removed and it is set on a foundation, but it is still built like a crappy trailer. |

| I can't speak for the front section but the back section past the big power lines are not trailers on foundations. They are stick built manufactured homes. I used to live there and they were built with 2X4s, drywall and vinyl siding just like "regular" houses. Only difference is that they were built indoors not being exposed to the elements during construction.

| At that price you're looking at giving up something. It'll be a bad neighborhood, old house, trailer, or townhouse. I think I'd go for the townhouse if I was stuck with that budget.
