| I don't understand something here. What good is it going to do to turn off lights? Do you think you are "saving" electricity? No, you are just creating a dangerous situation where people will injury themselves because they can't see where they are going. Turning off lights is NOT like turning off your car. If you turn off your car, you save the gasoline you would have consumed. If you turn off your lights it makes no difference. The electricty is generated regardless of wheter you use it or not. All you are doing is saving yourself $.83 on your next SMECO bill. |
