could be, I don't live up there, I just know that the lusby one is closed every Sunday and the landfill is always open, only for household trash though.

Transfer stations open most everyday (unless a Holiday) and the landfill is open Monday through Saturday for the major debris, like from construction. Isn't that the way it should work?
