I was just going to say that... my eyes are bloodshot 100% of the time, but I don't drink and smoke. It's not even allergies. I just have bloodshot eyes. So by Andy's criteria, I'd be jailed.

you do understand that lots of DWI cases go to court on the officers testimony only to be dismissed becasue either the blood test didn't agree, or the cops testimony was the only evidence.

There currently is no court-accepted test for any level of mary-jane. There is also no defined level that would make you "DUI". Show us the point-break for DUI vs non-DUI.

to the frist part, yes they can determine an amount, up to the saturation point. but it has nothing to do with being high or not. you could have the same level if you smoked a little today or if you smoked a bunch a week ago.
