| Take this advice, Unless you just want to be found guity go to the St . Mary's Court House and have a talk with the lady at the States Attorney's Office. With traffic cases you are guilty until you can prove yourself innocent and that doesnt happen often. |

| i don't mind paying the fine. however, i was told it was best to go to court( my court date is coming up) because chances are they'll drop the points.

| Seems like a major hassle to me, unless you already have points on your license, I personally, would just pay it. Taking off work to go to court, and then taking off work to do community service seems like more trouble than it's worth. |

now you got me wondering. no, i do not have any points on my license(probably been clean for about ten years :) I have already made a "to do" list so the whole day won't be a waste. but if you're saying i probably will have to do community service in order to get the points dropped, maybe i need to rethink this. ![]() thanks

| Knock on wood... I've never had a ticket, so I can't really tell you... but I thought that was the deal - to get out of points you have to do community service. I'm sure there's some criminals here that can correct me if I'm wrong. |
