I prefer it the way it is I have more options if people are driving too slow. I just prefer having 2 available lanes though instead of worrying about staying in one too long.

Why do everything need to be a law? How bout some common sense. Common sense says to move your hoopty driveing slow ass over so I can move on.

until they can enforce the speed limit there is no need for anymore laws.

of course, if they enforced the speed limit, there really would be little need for the law you suggest. Making a law with the sole purpose of accommodating the law breaker is not a productive thing to do.

I agree we don't need to enforce something that used to be common courtesy. Now if they're going below the speed limit, as is often the case, they should be ticketed for impeding traffic. One of my biggest gripes (as hubby will attest) is the slowpokes and semi's that clog up BOTH lanes on 301 so no one can get around them. Many roads actually have signs that say "Slower traffic keep right". Perhaps these people can't read or they are just ignorant. Many times they are *busy* on their cell phones. I always get out of the way if someone comes up behind me in the left lane.
