Because they are all certified first responders which makes them one level below an EMT. Most carry AED's in their cars and they are almost always on the scene doing CPR before the rest of us can get there. If the person is obviously DOA, they have to do a report.

I understand that... Both the cops and ambulance and some other fire and rescue truck went down at the same time so I was just wondering. Thanks!!
