I agree, even though I see there are several that don't seem to.

If you choose to smoke, and it is your choice, I really don't care.
You should make an effort not to subject others to your second hand smoke, and that includes your own children. I personally don't smoke, not saying I never have. My husband has, quit, does, quit - right now he's quit - get back to me in a month. And several of my friends smoke but all of us make a habit of not smoking around the kids. Not to say they don't see them smoke but we don't smoke in the house, car, near or in front of if possible.

Those were the days

Ah yes. I remember those wonderful days in the Family wagon with both parents chain smoking unrestrained from any seat belt laws while yours truely still to small to see over the front hood would fight my Brother and Sister for the premo privlage to "stand" between Mom and Dad for a better vantage point as to our destination.

Yep, me too. Those were also the days before baby carseats were required. Kids could sit in the front seat, sit on Moms lap, sit in Dad's lap. It didn't matter and..... there were no airbags.
