Mine too and if it was winter time the heat was on and the windows were not down at all. My asthma and I hated it (all the way to visit family in Illinois and back to Virginia in a car with Mom & Dad smoking and three of us squeezed in the back of a little Vega!)!

Cool, you can edit my term papers.

I'm so glad I have spell check in Microsoft Word.

I feel sorry for those children. That's no way for them to have to grow up.
Yes, that's right. Everybody knows that there are only two types of people in this world. And since she's not the type to absolve her children of any say or choice and subject them to a potentially harmful environment, she must be a control freak zealot!

Overly defensive of your own bad habits much?

Do me a favor... move to California please. Out there they live in a communal and everyone can raise each others children...

Otherwise you raise your kids and let "dumb husban and wife" raise theirs

My parents smoked all the time and i am certain i straight up ate lead paint when i was young and i made it past 40 and I know how to spell... Not too bad!!

You should make an effort not to subject others to your second hand smoke, and that includes your own children. I personally don't smoke, not saying I never have. My husband has, quit, does, quit - right now he's quit - get back to me in a month. And several of my friends smoke but all of us make a habit of not smoking around the kids. Not to say they don't see them smoke but we don't smoke in the house, car, near or in front of if possible.
I am sure thats great for you but let these people raise their own kids....

That is the problem with this country... everyone wants to tell people how to live....

Live and Let live
