To the Dumb Husban and Wife !

While stoped at the traffic light at 235 and rt 4 I looked over next to me and noticed a husban and wife smoking puffing away in a Ford Escort with their windows cracked and car half filled with smoke while their 2 baby's sat straped in car seats just getting a drag from the smoke. Dumb parents!

And I'm awfully glad you clarified that they were smoking and puffing, otherwise I'd have thought they were on fire.

One last question... what's a "sat"? I mean, I know what it means to sit or to have sat, but since this particular "sat" is property of the baby, I was wondering if you could clear up for me just what a "sat" is.

I've seen that happen as well. It's amazing, we have to get a license to drive but any moran can reproduce. Any parent who would force their kid to sit in a smoke filled closed environment must not think too much of their kid.
