I dont actually prescribe to the catholic view either, as a matter of fact I have very little respect for the pope and I have a feeling that he will not be entering the gates of heaven as planned.

If we are born sinners than we are not "good" people. I guess you have to believe that to believe in Jesus and what he did for you. And I don't understand what point you are trying to make in the second part of that paragraph.

Did I ever say I was without sin? I will be the first to admit it. That is why I ask forgiveness for my sins. If I was doing something that was blatantly going against Gods word I would hope someone would care enough to let me know. Of course the decision is mine on whether I will keep on doing it but God help us all if we do not try to help each other see that what we are doing or not doing is going to lead to our eternal death.
