yea i've been doing it for about a week and a half it's getting better, I've gotten alot of people that work with me to start doing it. I did it last summer too. My thing was once gas got above 3.00 a gal I would ride my bike but now I just have a bet going on about it with my wife.Riding my bike for a month non stop, she doesn't think I can do it.

I think it's cool you do it just for the health benefits....I live in Dameron and work on base and in the summer I have my wife drop me off in the morning and run home once or twice a week..it's 9 miles.

that's cool...i've got the Nike+ program with my ipod that stores all of my runs, i don't have to do anything besides synch my ipod it takes care of everything else...
