Kevin Crine's family did own the property. He used it as a practice field for motocross. They must have sold it after he died. Another Rest. would be nice around here.

Right, that is what is shown on the map. It is near the Food Lion, but not right next to it.

I am not sure if they owned it, but that is where he practiced. I use to LOVE going into that Food Lion and hear his bike - waaaaa, waaaaa (pause for 5 seconds for a jump) waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.

Still makes me sad that he is no longer around...

Yes True Value was going to build beside Food Lion, think that was approved or proposed almost 18 months or so ago. The current True Value bulding when it was mentioned that they were moving, already had people interested in moving in, would make a nice Auto Zone store, but parking lot would never accomodate a Bob Evans.
Just this past Friday a sign went up on the property beside the Subway and Ingrids, before the funeral home of a shopping center called Charlotte Hall Station, cant be very big, unless they buy out the house on the back road across from Domino's and the house beside Brinsfield.
Several years back maybe 4-5yrs., that lot beside Food Lion was mentioned for a Walmart, but Walmart wanted some type of direct access to Rt. 5 and in preliminary talks with the county and the State Highway, they werent going to get it, thats my story and Im sticking to it.
Havent heard anything about a Bob Evans, but heard awhile back about a IHOP next to Popeyes.
