As huntr1 mentioned yes that was suppose to go between the Vet and 7/11, but I just asked a resident who lives directly behind that lot on Charlotte Hall Rd., just this week what was the status of the shopping center and he said its not going to happen now.

I heard at the bank that a Sonic was coming to Charlotte Hall in the area in front of the Food Lion.
