Heard a rumor True Value was going to move down there for more room, and to expand into a Just Ask Rental.

The rumor I heard was also about True Value. Part of the rumor was that Charlotte Hall is also getting a Bob Evans Restaurant, though the person wasn't sure if it was going in by the new True Value, or if it was taking over True Value's current location.

Rumor I heard was a strip club was going in there with a few forumites picking up part time jobs.

there and by the transfer station near Lettie Dent Elementary school-

the school board apparently knew NOTHING about it.

The park n ride will be on Golden Beach Rd. in the field where the wheat is growing across from the medical buildings (where they piled the Isabel debris).

School knew all about the one at the transfer station. I saw school employees at the community meetings.

Somewhere by food lion there are 1500 houses going in (or so I heard at the last park n ride meeting at Dent).

Yep, according to the MTA pamphlet I have that is what is proposed. Those 2 new park and rides will replace the existing one.

No. The Park N Ride is not going in the lot next to Food Lion. If you are on the frontage road that runs in front of Food Lion and you make a left onto Golden Beach Rd., go about 100 yards and there's a big field on the left. Across from the medical offices. THAT is where the park n ride is going.
