i dont know if its the fact you cant read or just want to be dicks, but.. I WAS NOT SPEEDING. that has already been determined. i wasnt on a cell phone, and wasnt driving like an ass. i know it could have been alot worse for me and others and am admitting my mistake. again, i apologize.

i will not spend my time bickering back and forth with people on here that werent even there and use their crappy judgment to make me look like a peice of ####.

bottom line,, i ####ed up. i was not speeding. i had a couple beers which was already told to the police. i lost control on crappy roads and an accident happent. i am not affiliated with somdracing so dont classify me with them.

im done with this. i have learned my lesson and am injured because of it. you all can say what you want, i dont care. have fun arguing back and forth over an internet forum, or do something better with your life and get out and get a real hobby. i am just glad noone else was injured and i am still alive. later
WAAAA! Get a life and stop your whinning. If you can't handle criticism on the internet, how in the world do you handle it in real life (or maybe you don't). Grow up!

Semi-eyewitness account: I was outside when the accident occurred. I didn't see it happen, but it sounded like he was doing a burnout (I remember being impressed by the sound) and after the burnout it sounded like he proceeded down Catalina quickly, only to lose control. Again, that's what it sounded like.

FACT: 15 or so minutes prior to the accident I noticed him drive up Catalina. The only reason I noticed him was because he was going quick (and this is through a bendy area).

Whatever the case I'd say he got enough punishment, it was a nice car. And personally I think it's very big of him to come onto the forums and apologize.

JC...any/everyone can except his apologies..but it truly wasn't an apology at all. He was sorry the road had loose gravel on the side which caused him to slide off and the other factors were secondary. No, the drinking and driving was first and foremost a primary cause factor, then the speed and bald tires.
It sort like my husband apologizing by saying "I am sorry You feel that way"....no apology there.

Yeah! Stop picking on him!

It wasn't HIS fault!

He was ONLY speeding.

He was ONLY drinking a FEW BEERS.

He was ONLY talking on his CELL PHONE.

IT WAS THOSE CRAPPY ROADS!

Give the guy a break! And keep your crazy kids out of his
way while he is busy "multi-tasking"! Or he MIGHT just sue
you for the damage that the kids cause to his "whip" when
he hits them! After all...it won't be HIS fault that they are
out in the road!

Amazing that someone would do something like this, then try to convince us they weren't drunk and weren't speeding.

Maybe if he had REAL TIRES on that "race car", he could have better TRACTION?
You just can't put BICYCLE TIRES on a CAR and have it work right! Oh yeah!
It's all about the "bling"! Gotsta be profilin' for the "homies" in "da 'hood"!
