Anyone else having trouble getting your arms around a cop being able to see a single sunflower seed coming out a van window?

I dont think throwing food out side is littering. Next time let him know you love the animals and were just leaving something for the to eat. I always make sure that I throw it as far off the road as possible. Dont want the animals going into the road.
