The whole time though, I was wondering why I can't get any of them in my neighborhood (Carrington in Waldorf, drug capital) to stop some of the crap going on in there. Also, if I'm littering, why can't the health dept. come out after years of calling and get my neighbors to haul some of the trash out of their property thats horrible.

I wish they'd write up the folks that throw lit cigarettes out the window.

And NOW you know why they "don't have the manpower
and resources" to catch the shooters and crack dealers and
burglars, etc!

They DO seem to have UNLIMITED "manpower and
resources" to throw at a "major problem" such as this!

It just goes back to what has been said before in threads here.
Stupid stuff like this is "easy pickins" and makes their "stats" look
like that are ACTUALLY ACCOMPLISHING SOMETHING when
in reality, they are just too unwilling to put the PROPER EFFORT
into their job!

Plus...by "patrolling" the roads, they can GENERATE REVENUE
whereas if they WERE to ACTUALLY CATCH a REAL CRIMINAL, there
wouldn't be any money in it for the "system". Plus it takes REAL
EFFORT and WORK to catch a REAL CRIMINAL.

And so...the gunfire goes on, the crack gets sold, people die and
honest citizens live in fear because the PO-LICE "Don't have enough
manpower and resources to deal with the problem."
