It just goes back to what has been said before in threads here.

like that are ACTUALLY ACCOMPLISHING SOMETHING when
in reality, they are just too unwilling to put the PROPER EFFORT
into their job!

Plus...by "patrolling" the roads, they can GENERATE REVENUE
whereas if they WERE to ACTUALLY CATCH a REAL CRIMINAL, there
wouldn't be any money in it for the "system". Plus it takes REAL
EFFORT and WORK to catch a REAL CRIMINAL.

And so...the gunfire goes on, the crack gets sold, people die and
honest citizens live in fear because the PO-LICE "Don't have enough
manpower and resources to deal with the problem."

So, tell me you whacko loon, how much revenue do you think the warning in this case generated? How does issuing a warning inflate their numbers?

Are you aware that pulling someone over for cause and observing them is an extremely effective enforcement tool?

Do you know how Tim McVeigh was caught?

I think it is awful to toss food out a window, even a seed, a hungry bird could come along, not knowing any better, attempt to get the seed and whack, one less bird. Or, it could cause a major pile up when somebody attempts evasive action to not hit the bird in the street attempting to get a seed.

They should have locked your ass up. Give a hoot, don't pollute.
