Remember a couple years back, when the kid shot at the school buses? I knew the kid that did the shooting and the dad. The dad had told the courts before this incident that he thought it best his son be locked up. This man tried everything to turn his kid around-therapy, rewarding good behavior, etc. Some bleeding heart liberal judge said that all his son needed was more love, understanding, and compassion. Did the kid change his ways? No. Some people just don't want to stay within the rules of the law.

I know this has been said before but I am going to say it again. Innocent people don't need to run when they hear the police. The fact that he ran meant he knew he had done something he shouldn't have. And it wasn't just failing to pay child support.

I don't recall me ever saying anything about how he was innocent.

Take the CS argument somewhere else cause you know the DSS is the most dysfunctional POS in the court system
I know the CS system is pretty screwed up, but I also know that you have to make not one iota of effort to get your ass locked up for not paying child support. There isn't a judge sitting on the bench in St. Mary's County that would incarcerate any parent that was making some effort to pay, now admit that. You are just lashing out because you're mad your ex is selfishly expecting a check over the summer that she'll most likely use for more tats.

Now behave or I’ll send the Jehovah’s Witnesses back over to your house. And if that isn't enough, I'll break your damn arm and toss you in the lake.

That's ridiculous! Did you try to get child support from her for 3 months? What reasoning is there for you to be paying double so that you can spend time with your kids? The system is effed up, for sure, but I never really thought about your particular situation. So all these single Dads who have their kids for the summer still pay their ex's for 3 months while school's out?
