No I can't. I don't know this kid or enough about him. He may have just been skeered and took a shallow dive, clocked himself unconscious and drowned.

Why would you get freaked out about the police being around if you did nothing wrong. You should feel safe having police around. Not like we live in the sticks of Alabama in the 50's.
