It depends. How bad was it broken? Was he high? Or drunk? Did he fall very far? Did he hit something when he fell in?

Nobody even knows that he actually had a broken arm since the ME hasn't released autopsy results yet.

One of the kids at scout camp last year one the mile swim with a broken arm (fiberglass cast) - he broke his forearm in the beginning of camp

I dont' think that ME report is going to make things any clearer. People have made up their minds all ready as to what happened.

I made a phone call to someone who I knew would be at the search, she says there's something weird about the cops telling them not to search a particular area and that it was not like him to not have called someone if he were in some sort trouble.

The truth is, there is no truth but the truth you know and that's not always what really happened. I don't think this will be any different than the Sapp or Pickeral cases.
