Of course not. They'll try to find any reason to blame the death of their "good boy" and "perfect father" on anyone but him and themselves.

Something that many people don't understand is how difficult it is to keep something secret, especially when it gets too complicated. All it takes is one person with a conscience and everything unravels.

In order for this to be a conspiracy, it means most of the CCSO, the ME office, the fire department, his cell phone provider, and the MSP have to all be in on it. No way can you keep that many people quiet.

not in this day and age....if they can't keep the majority of secrets in the government under the wraps they sure as hell couldn't keep this insignificant incident quiet...there is always a "anonymous source" more than willing to see their stories make a webpage or a news bit.

I know this. I just wanted to say that there's no way we can know what really happened. One discrepancy can throw off the truth.

For the record, I am in no way jumping on the conspiracy bandwagon. He was not a great person and odds are he was up to no good when this happened. But then again...

Guys! You should all just stop! Geez. He was at that party to "school" them on the negative effects of drugs. Then when the cops came he remembered all the cash he had in his pockets to pay all that back child support and got excited so he started to run towards the court house. Since he's NEVER been in trouble with the law before the flashing lights confused him and he got lost in the woods, tripped over his bible, broke his arms, and then fell into the water. Once there his boy scout life saving skills kicked in but the wads of cash weighed him down and he drowned. THERE! now you know the truth!!!

And seriously, I know one day we're going to see an obit that says "So and so died at the age of whatever. He wasn't a good man, he beat his wife, did drugs, molested dogs, and stole money from his kids piggy banks to pay for his drugs, but none the less we had to write an obit so we'll just say he was a devoted father and husband and services will be held on x date" LOLOLOL

There are so many rumors going around by the press and concerned citizens. I would think the Sheriff of Calvert would place all involved on ADMIN leave with pay and give a press conference to the citizens until the smoke clears so he can put peoples minds at ease. And this is were the FBI comes into play to do their investigation because they are not part of any conspiracys of a small town like Calvert County.
