Meaning if the commercial trucks could not crossover 235 via Airport View because they'd block it off they would use Sandy Bottom Road and crossover via St. John's Rd.

You don't know how true that is. When I first moved here, when 235 was still 2 lanes, there was a cross-over where the Blue Wind is now. I can remember pulling up to that intersection to turn LEFT to go SOUTH on 235, and not one, but BOTH lanes of traffic very politely stopped to allow me to cross.

Those days are long gone.

It is my understanding that they can crossover at the new light at Clarks Landing and use the road that will go past the new Smartroinx Building. The road that is being put in for the Smartronix building will also go back to the insdustrial park and the commercial trucks can use that. I could be wrong, but that is what I heard. It would make sense though.

How are they going to get to that light w/out driving on Sandy Bottom Road? I haven't seen the plans for the new road yet.

nope.

Roads could be "perfect" from a development stance and people would still find a way to eff up and cause accidents.

but I can never tell when you're being sarcastic bcp, so this is just my response if you were serious

They light will be at the intersection on 235. Not Sandy Bottom. They are creating a new intersection and the light will be on 235.

Am I confusing everyone?
