Maybe my distaste for them shows my jealousy. Between her and the mom from John and Kate Plus 8 who never cooks from a box and has her house organzied perfectly, they really make me feel like a failure sometimes.

I can't really answer your question because every couples are different. Some can squeeze in sex and some can't. All I can say is that couples with children can find a way to have sex no matters what.
