I would like to know if the annual audit report could be put online?

The Budget is a theoretical projection. It is meaningless as far as accountability goes. The audit report tells you where the money went. That is, if it is reported to the general ledger properly.

Then, I would really like to know why the Maryland Department of Assessments and Taxation have POACRE's status listed as "NOT IN GOOD STANDING"??????

Then, I notice in the minutes (Mar 3, President's Report) that the President has already reported that the SHUR agreement giving the County free access to our roads will be renewed for another year. How can this be done without approval of the membership????? I really want to know what/how the Board can justify not bringing this to a vote of the members BEFORE these deals are made?????

These are all very serious accountability issues. When we elect the POACRE Board, we elect them to manage and maintain our common properties in a way consistent with the bylaws.

Yet, this community sleeps while they are making deals and giving away rights to our assets. Sure, we get to vote on increase/no increase of the STD, but the Board doesn't realize that the STD is not legally formed by the County and that EACH AND EVERY STD must be approved by the members. NOT THE BOARD!! The only reason they get away with this is because WE ARE ALL ASLEEP!!!!!!
