I'm sure it wouldn't be proper for him to use a boys room or a mens room, That would hurt his self esteem and her self value. Ruin all the work they've done so far.

I'm not sure if you've ever been in a women's bathroom, but we have doors on the stalls! It's not common practice to peek under or over.

And I'm just guessing, but I think he identifies himself as a female, so it's not like a horny 15 yr old boy trying to sneak a peek.

Are the parents going to be given the choice of enrolling their child in a different school or class if they find this unacceptable? No.. thats pretty representative of the real world. I worked at a place where there was a trannie. He/she was preop but dressed female. i had the choice to deal with it or to leave my good job (one of the few good employers in the area) and find another one.

Oh calm down. Seriously. We all deal with people every day. Do we agree with everything they say/do? Nope. They can always homeschool their children if they can't handle someone "different." Hope their children never grow up and enter the real world though. They might see people who are *gasp* different!

I don't care. I've gone into men's rooms (usually empty) when the women's was too crowded.

So the parents that have normal kids should be forced to homeschool if they don't find this acceptable, but the ONE family with the weird kid gets to go to public school and we bend over backwards to make sure he's accepted and treated fairly??

Where's all of our hard core Christians.. why aren't they giving an opinion? What does your bible say, how about your pastor, your minister or your priest.. Should we as a civilization accept this as normal and make everyone else conform?

Why could't the school say, no, I'm sorry Mr and Mr Jones, but a number of our parents are uncomfortable with this, and seeing how they are more than one we are going to ask you to homeschool.

Yep, that makes a lot of sense, and is more than fair.
