Sure is, Ace Hardware. I get all of my backyard and home stuff there. And I will now have to get more fertilizer since I had just put a little down a few days ago, and well, you know the rest of the story. ![]()

This site shows the closure at Rt 261, but I'm not sure how up-to-date it is. CHART on the Web

Son is in Chesapeake Beach now...many, many roads closed..lots of trees down. Can't get back to Herrington Harbor, tree down with wires down. 260/261 still closed. Also closed where Stinnets used to be, completed flooded across road there.

Rt 4 is open at least down to Rt 260, both directions. Just before Woodyard Rd on the right, a large chunk of the shoulder fell off, but it is marked by a lighted vehicle and cones. Water Street..well, though difficult to see southbound it looks worse than this morning. Equestrian Center...That whole lower field where horses usually are is completely underwater. Pax River at the same spot..if it comes up much higher on the northbound side, it may spill out onto Rt 4. Not sure how much rivers typically rise. That is all. Now to go out and inspect my yard to see what happened last night... ![]()

Dang, that doesn't sound good at all. That part is always bad. I think they're going to raise the road there sometime soon, or so I heard from friends there.
