In fact, the big beasts, which are not poisonous and rarely attack humans, could live happily in the entire southern third of the country, from Southern California to Texas and the Lower Mississippi Valley and up the Eastern Seaboard to Chesapeake Bay.

sounds to me that they would have about the same range as teh cotton mouth (water moccassin) If so, they would not be getting up into maryland, pretty much would not be coming any closer than the dysmal swamp in Chesapeak Va.

They're on crack and spreading garbage info. Burmese Pythons can't survive this far North. It's too cold. In fact, I'd be suprised if they could live North of Georgia.

From my experience down South, as soon as the snakes cross into Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana, start looking for them on the Dinner Menu's next to the Gators!!!
