The Fast Stop in St. Leonard carrys Krispy Kreme Donuts, I would think they come from somewhere locally. They are really fresh when they first come in, but that's at 10:00 at night, by the morning when people start buying them, they've gotten kind of hard.
I'll edit this, I'm not talking about the glazed in the box that you can buy in Food Lion, these are singles of all different types.

Every freestanding Kryspy Kream I have known closed down.

That "hot doughnuts now" sign would make me cross 4 lanes of busy traffic. Apparantly, my business wasn't enough. Dang it.

Isn't this what the Fractured Prune signs on the side of the road say?

I know what you mean! My son was just telling me they still have the one on the Blvd. heading into Va. Beach and that awesome smell drawing you in like a magnet. If they come here my willpower takes a serious downhill slide!

The secret to Krispy Kreme donuts bought at the store -- all you need to do is microwave for 8 seconds, and you get the most fresh, delicious donut you can imagine! This even works for chocolate glazed and the like.
