| My uncle had drag pipes on his old rigid frame HD and when he would start the bike up it interfered with the TV. Obviously this was back when you only had about 7 or 8 channels to choose from with the old Radio Shack antenna.

| I live a decent ways from the main road and I find loud pipes to be no more annoying then those little cars that have those coke bottle mufflers on them.. Actually, I'd prefer a loud bike because usually when I hear a car coming with one of those mufflers, the bass from their stereo accompanies the noise and that bass thumping carries noise longer then a bike!..

| loud pipes to let other dirvers know my a**! They want everyone to know how cool they are on their motorcycle! The best is at the Tiki bar on a sunday, don't even think about going there if you want to have a conversation with someone because all you hear is revving motorcycles! The funny thing I have seen so many people wreck their motorcycles at the tiki bar trying to be cool by smoke their tires and revving their engine its just plain stupid anymore. I've seen one dumb dumb take out 5 people on their motorcycles because he thought it would be cool to rev his engine if front of everyone, well this bright guy also popped the clutch and we all know how that turned out for him!

Loud exhaust on ANY vehicle, or a thumping buzzing stereo. Neither is "cool" | |

And when their mufflers are out of range, you can still hear the bass from the stereo. ![]()

| No, Screaming Eagle is not EPA certified original equipment, there's some EPA stamp on the stock pipes, gotta have it. The Denver case is in court because it only applies to one type of vehical. Imagine the uproar if they passed a law saying you could only have original equipment exhaust on your car. Don't think that would go over well with Meineke, Midas or any other muffler shop |

| I am not surprised you have done extensive research on rider penis size. You just do a plain old "package check" or do you see if they trigger your gag reflex? |
