I liked Peter Jennings when he was on ABC. Brokaw was good, too. Never cared for Dan Rather.

MSNBC used to have a lot of really good television anchors, but they've booted them all out for people like Contessa Brewer (who is possibly the worst TV news anchor, ever).

Shepard Smith on FOX is a good news anchor, just way too edgy. They need to ban him from the FOX News Coffee Room.

There was nothing better on the 32 channel basic lineup we had in Waldorf. No TNT, no SPEED, no FX. I was stuck with the news channels, Disney Channel, soap operas on the local channels, and 10 spanish-language channels.

I chose the news channels.

Robin Meade is the complete package.

It's a shame she's on Headline News, though. If CNN was smart (which they aren't), they'd move her up to American Morning in a minute.

Amy Robach on MSNBC is one of my favorites. She's really grown to be really good as well. I haven't seen her on MSNBC in a long time, which is a shame because she's the best female anchor they have.
