I drove through also earlier. I took Rt. 4/ Indian Bridge back to avoid it. Wonder what happened to the light?

I wonder why it takes State Highways so long get go fix it. Or why they so rarely clean the roads, especially intersections. There are still wire flare stands there from an accident at least a month ago.
