| You can try to get rid of the leash law, but you will have no luck. It is not a stupid law, what is stupid is thinking that you have a right to let a non-native species roam around and kill native species. |

| And why shouldn't there be leash laws for cats? Is cat#### less offensive then dog####? I've never seen dogprints on my car, but have had cat prints on my cars dozens of times.. That and I like the wildlife around my house.. birds.. rabbits.. snakes.. turtles.. Keep your cat indoors or on a leash. I think there should be a bounty for catskins.

| Animals are required to be under control while outside. If it's not trained to respond to voice commands, that means a leash. .. and yes, your cat is an animal even though somebody convinced you that you adopted it. Quote: | |
