Sometimes I will pick up the tekka-maki rolls[tuna rolls] at the Giant in next to Target/Lowes shopping center.
Its not precisely Japanese because a filipino makes the rice. But does it have to be authentic to taste good? I just wanted to throw that information out there for you.

Once long ago I lived in San Diego. Would you happen to know the name of that popular salad bar place over by Sea World Drive? You'll be missing that place real soon, assuming you ever went there in the first place.
