then why have any laws?
laws against killing someone for keying your car should be removed too, obviously the law isnt going to stop them. ((I was going to mention speed limit laws, but ,,, I suppose you have driven)

anyway, yes there are laws, and yes it will stop some but others can still walk on in if they dont mind jail, but if you remove that law, the immediate effect is that it now becomes LEGAL for me to slip on a summer dress and some heels, grab my purse and head on in.

the long term problem is that it breaks away a little bit of our morality as a society one again.

on the other hand, I have long wondered what goes on inside of the womens bathroom in public places.
men have to pee, they walk in, take care of business, hopefully wash their paws after playing with the release valve, then leave. 2 maybe 3 minutes tops.

women have to pee, the go in the door, an hour later they come back out.
WTF goes on in there???
are they having lesbian sex? do they have backrub stations set up? is Oprah playing on a big screen TV with a special womens edition telling them how to off their husbands? do they have male strippers performing on a runway complete with drinks and peanuts....

this law will enable me to go in and get a look at whatever wondrous things go on behind that door while the men stand around outside waiting,, and waiting,, and waiting......

and, whatever it is must be different at every location, because, for some reason, women have the need to visit every freaking rest stop on the way to wherever they may be going.

It kills me how long other women take in restrooms. I am in and out in 3 minutes tops but I hate spending too much time in public restrooms.

I'm against thse seperate bathrooms personally.

I'm just saying that these new bathrooms and/or not letting actual transgen people into the stalls of their choice will do nothing to stop an already practically unheard of crime.

also, even if there was some magic law that allowed transgen people wherever they want (I highly doubt this will happen as the transgen population (all 200 of them) doesn't exactly hold huge political sway) that still wouldn't stop some freak from doing what he or she wants.
