A man who identifies himself as a woman is going to go directly in to the stall of a ladies restroom and will be easily identifiable as a legitimate transgendered individual. Have you seen straight guys at halloween that try to look like women? Seriously, no child molester is going to put on that much pancake just so they can molest a little girl in a woman's restroom.

I've been in women's restrooms when a transgendered male walks in or is walking out of the stall. I'd be lying if I said it didn't cause me to do a double take... but not because I thought "OMG I might be raped or molested by this heshe."

The whole point is they don't have to dress like a woman, they don't even have to think they are a woman.. the law states any sex can you use any bathroom.. that means Hollywood Fred can be alone in the girls room with your daughter (if you have one).. Myself, I'm not comfortable with that.

The subject has been agreed to be disagreed amongst many simply because you won't change one person's mind one way or the other in regards to the homosexuality issue. bringing up current issues does not constitute gay bashing.
this is a current issue that has people with children very concerned. Molestation is not just touching, it can also be considered exposing. There is no reason for a man to be in the ladies room or the other way around.
