He tried to cut his own headb off...
But as usual he half-a$$ed it, but he gets a ride to the hospital in the air-conditioning. Crazy neighbor has no electricity because they messed with the meter. I feel sorry for the docs and nurses at Calvert Memorial hosp. He is on his way.

he's not going to Calvert, he's getting a helicopter ride to Bmore.

I've been kinda' listening to that on the scanner off and on. A deep laceration to the neck.
What does that have to do with an electric meter ?
Was it self inflicted ?

He seriously tried to cut his head off??? Or did he accidently do something?? That is just crazy! Maybe he will get a ride to the loony bin when they are done with him at the hospital!
