Ok, why not have it made into a big park?

Everyone always wants more stores but not next to them.
They have to go somewhere!

Where is that 'shopping center coming soon'?
The trailer folk refused to sell on the corner?
Not everyone wants more stores. We have too many shopping centers going up now. I think someone should buy the corner lot and farm it again and fix the old house up. It's a beautiful old brick house.

Nice thought, but if a developer now owns it, no one could afford the price that the developers would ask based on the potential.

Hey DR! That lot would be perfect for a towing/impound lot for our towing business... Whatcha think ?

Not actually usefull stores!

Like a Trader Joe's, a Fry's electronics, a full size sears, Melting Pot, Theater, etc etc

By corner lot I meant the other side of Rt 4 corner - I was wondering what hapepend to that subway corner shopping center coming soon, where the trailers sit.

The meeting with the developers (PF Summers), the meeting is 6/11/08 630pm at Town Creek Elementary School. They developing the entire side of Shady Mile Rd (they bought the houses) left side coming in. They are putting in Townhouses, single family (by the lake) stores and office buildings. The county knows about this.
