but the fact of the matter is that the POACRE had been investigating several options including disolving the HOA. the BoD did everything they could to eliminate the information instead of diseminate it.

I said it before and I'll say it again ... I don't give a damn about the CRE POA. I don't live there (or in the state anymore). I'm just humored by the ongoing about something that few seem to give a damn about, and how Becky makes it sound like the world is coming to an end because the newsletter isn't going out within XX days of the ballots. She put it out in the open (instead of her personal forum) for people to comment on, so I'm commenting.

The fact is you don't have any more level of concern than people making a mockery of it. Get the point, take it, and run with it.

i dont care if you call me an ass, i have stood up in the meeting and asked the same questions i have here and on POACRE. I'm not skeered. Its my assoicaiton, and my dues, i have every right to expect answers.

wow, your life must be pretty empty if you dont live in the state but you cant get out of the SOMD forums....

as far as my level of concern, i can definately say you are wrong. I am very concerned.

But i also find it funny that everything Becky hears about is the end of the world, then when she realizes its not, she claims to have fixed whatever it is.
the really sad thing for the HOA is that she is the only BoD member NOT up for relection (not that there will be any new candidates, as the nominating commitee hasn't solicited any)
