So you have given birth to lots of animals? I'am glad, at least something functions.

Many special education students are retained once per level while attending school. (elementary, middle, high) which means they're about 21 when they graduate.

Those are usually the kids with profound disabilities too.

Usually people who only complain about misspelled words (which are probably because the person may not be a very good typist) have nothing intelligent to say about the topic at hand. Get off your high horse about spelling and debate the subject of the thread or move on.

Pardon moi?

The OP has a habit starting threads critical of public education, yet he can not seem to use proper spelling or grammar himself. Everyone makes a mistake here and there. His are quite frequent. What are those oft repeated proverbs about pots, kettles, glass houses, geese, ganders, etc?

Ugh, he's critical of everything. Schools, gays, what else? I usually avoid his threads altogether...luckily this one was short and thus I paid a quick visit to

I'd rather see threads that make me think and learn about what is going on in our country or county than the stupid threads about the weather.

If you would rather stick your head in the sand and think that everything is hunky doory in our county then you can go ahead and do just that. Maybe this person is trying to educate people on what is wrong with the schools. But I guess that is just being critical.

Like how they did not teach him about proper punctuation?

How he presents himself detracts from any credibility he may have.

I agree that misspelled words and poor punctuation can be distracting but I don't agree it takes away from any credibility. In fact he/she was not even stating an opinion in the beginning. This person posted an article from the paper. I just think instead of chopping this persons head off for some typing errors you address the problems that the school system is having. Its bad enough that half these threads never stay on topic and people who know each other have conversations. Pick up the phone if you want to talk to someone. All I'm saying is if you can't argue the topic then stop trying to degrade someone for their mis-typing or lack of proof reading.
