Window Replacement

Our house has the original (20+ year-old) windows and we want to replace them. Can anyone recommend a company/contractor that does window replacement? Quality is important and cost is a factor, too.

Any recommendations or advice on windows could be helpful, also.

We did new windows, siding, facia and soffit last year and used Bob Green. Probably a little higher than some companies, but quality work and they were all so nice!

Our windows are made my a company in Northern Maryland and are serial #'ed - if a pane breaks we can call them with the bar code number and they can make one in under 24 hours... I want to say they are made by Tyvek, but I know that is not it (Tyvek is a DuPont coating), but the name is along those lines... Metropolitan deals with them directly and the price was unbelievably low. The windows are high quality and we have had them for 4 years now with NO issues.

EDIT - now I remember, VyTex is the name of them... Vytex Windows - Why Choose Vytex?

The local plant is in Laurel I believe...
