I'm loving the new place. I'm just above the Bowie Basox stadium. It's really pretty here and certainly not as congested as Waldorf!!!!

Which Piney Orchard do you live in? The one I know of in Odenton is quite a ways from the Baysox stadium in Bowie - located off of 175 and Telegraph Road. Just curious...

Ok. I'm just getting to know the area. Right off of Rte 3 is Waugh Chapel Road. Go up there and I'm in Riverscape, inside of the Piney Orchard area. Right near the ice skating rink that the Capitals(?) practices at.

I live right around the corner.

No biggie! I realize the Piney Orchard has expanded. There was a time when it was restricted to the Telegraph Road/170/175 corridor. Now, it apparently has grown significantly!

I'm very familiar with your location - used to live in Bowie - about 3 minutes from the Baysox Stadium - and my FIL used to live in Jessup, off 175 - until we convinced him to move down here with us civilized folk.

You are probably thinking about the Baltimore Skipjacks...

The area where you are isn't bad at all. They've turned Waugh Chapel into quite the little Town Centre with that nice medical office building, shopping center, etc. You certainly can't beat the convenience of access to Rt. 3/97 so close - makes commuting to Baltimore/Annapolis and beyond much better...
