A-Hole on Rt 4 this morning

Holy crap, this man driving a white car, license 1DX something was losing it this morning BEHIND ME while I was driving to work! He was flashing his lights at me, riding my arse, zig-zagging in & out, punching his visor, etc... I called the non-emergency Calvert police and they said they were coming to get him as they have received numerous calls about him. It's a long story & I have to go but did anyone hear about or knows what happened to this mothertrucker?
